HBS (Hobby Builder's Supply) contest build. TJ's Retreat

This is TJ's retreat. My 2010 HBS (Hobby Bulder's Supply) contest entry. I should have done a little bit more to it, but ran out of time.I have better close-up but can't seem to find it right now and seeing that it is 3am I am going to stop looking! LOL.I like it though. It was fun to do. Contests are fun  to do but not sure if I will do any next year or not. The next HBS one is just a little bit more then I can afford at this time. I will see what the Greenleaf one is next spring. I do have one house that I want to make for a donation. Maybe Christmas angel tree child. I would like to concentrate on that one and The Bellingham Farmhouse. Will just have to see what comes up next year.

  1. Wonderful work! I love the tree supports on the inside and the wallpaper in the loft especially. It's snowy outside, so let's warm up by the fire!

  2. Beautiful work! It's so rustic and relaxing. I wish I could be napping in there during a big snow!

  7. It can be difficult to remember when looking at these photographs that you actually are seeing a miniature.
